About Me

Hi, I’m Alyssa, an GIS & Environmental Data Specialist passionate about using spatial data to understand and protect coastal ecosystems. With a background in environmental science and geospatial analysis, I focus on mapping, data visualization, and ecological research to support conservation efforts.

When I’m not analyzing data, you’ll most likely find me kayaking through estuaries, exploring shorelines, and observing the ecosystems I study. Being out on the water gives me a firsthand connection to the coastal environments I work to protect—and fuels my commitment to using data-driven solutions for ocean health and habitat restoration.

My portfolio showcases projects on marine biodiversity, estuary health, and habitat suitability analysis, combining GIS, environmental data science, and conservation. I’m always looking for opportunities to apply my skills in coastal ecology, environmental analytics, and GIS-driven research.

Let’s connect and explore ways to use data for a healthier planet!
